My interest in this clock stems from the idea that somehow I've seen it before in a horror movie......hmmmm? We had a room in Prague hotel right opposite of the clock. During the hourly display of the clock the Skeleton of Death tolls the bell and shows that the hour is up, using an hourglass, for his Turkish neighbor. On the opposite side the figures of Vanity and Usury shake their heads in disbelief - much like the crowds below! At the end a golden cock crows and the show is over - until the next hour.
